Our Facilities and Techniques
The production lines for EVA foam include 12 foaming machines, a heat and cold pressing line, 3 sawing machines, 6 die-cutting machines, a sanding and CNC carving line, a shrink-wrapping packing line, a silkscreen-printing line, and other related equipment. For PU foam, the setup consists of 2 automatic foaming lines, 2 PU mold foaming lines, foam shredding, vacuum pressing, a glue spraying line, 30 sewing machines, and additional auxiliary equipment.

We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate.
